We now use Business Post for the majority of UK Delivery and sometimes Royal Mail Special Delivery and orders received by 3.00pm are usually dispatched that day for delivery the following day. Although we offer a next day delivery service, some remote areas may take 48hrs and we can not be held responsible for delayed orders or unforseen delays by the courier.
UK Mainland buyers should receive your order within 3 days depending on the time the order is placed (excluding Bank Holidays) UK Mainland Orders on Fridays can be delivered on Saturday by request Northern Ireland orders are 3-5days or next day delivery depending on option chosen at checkout UK mainland orders are FREE Northern Ireland costs differ and certain areas of the UK are not guaranteed next day delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship all over the world (for ?9.99), but we will only ship outside the UK to cardholders name & address, we will not ship to a different address to that of the cardholder. Your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for the country you live in. International shipping is sent with either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Business Post depending on the weight & desitination of your order.
International shipping costs are determined by weight.
USA shipping is by Courier and is there within 4-7 working days.
Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be authorised within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us to confirm a return (firstname.lastname@example.org). We do not cover the return costs. Jewellery is not returnable.

Options For Returning An Order
You have 7 days to change your mind.
Within seven days of delivery of your order you can contact us at any time to return items.
1) Registering the return request
You must register your request to return an item either by calling Kennedi Boutique
open Monday - Saturday 01652-654585 or by emailling us at email@example.com
2) Return Authorisation number
When you confirm your return with us you will be given a return number this number must be
clearly marked on the parcel. If the return number is not stated Kennedi Boutique will not be
able to process your refund.
3) Returning the Product
Items must not have been worn and must bear all the original labels. We advise you to use a
post service that provides a tracking number. Consequently any items that have been
washed and or / worn will not be accepted. The merchandise must be returned at your expense to the following

Three Options Are Available
Items can be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.You can exchange an item for
another model if the price difference is in your favour it will be refunded to you.
If it is in our favour you will be asked to settle the difference Kennedi Boutique takes care of
everything and initiates your exchange orderaccording to your wishes.
Your new order is automatically reserved for a maximum of 14 days . We will dispatch your order
at our expense when we receive your return.
2) Credit Note Valid for your next purchase
If you do not want to place a new order for the time being Kennedi Boutique will issue you with a credit
note that you can use on your next purchase. We will keep a record of your credit note and automatically
propose it as payment for your next purchase.
If you wish Kennedi Boutique will reimburse you as soon as possible and within 2 weeks of the date of the return.
Refunds will be made to the billing address when you placed your order and using the same method as used for payment. We will refund the full price of articles returned in good condition.
Who assumes the cost of my return and cost of sending the exchange order?
Return postage is at your expense. You are strongly recommended to keep the receipt of postage.
Kennedi Boutique declines all liability in the event of loss or damage to the goods during transit.
However if there has been a mistake with your order for which we are responsible we will refund the
cost of returning the item up to the amount indicated on the proof of delivery.
Kennedi Boutique will assume the cost of sending the new exchange order.
